    • Design and implement structured quality management policy, strategy, and methodology across the organization.

    Quality Assurance Engineer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Development, customization, deployment, and maintenance of the reliable and scalable test automation frameworks for all systems and applications.
    • Conducting code reviews and ensuring the developed softwares conform to approved standards, design patterns and best practices.
    • Create unit tests and Integration mock services, perform Unit Testing and API Testing and Integration Testing, and collaborate with developers to conduct end-to-end defect analysis and resolution of defects, and in reviewing test results for maximum test coverage.

    Head - Credit Administration, Policy & Governance

    Job Description

    • To maintain the quality of check off loans’ portfolio through effective loan administration, monitoring and control for corporate and mortgage loans.
    • Be the custodian of all credit and lending policies and governance frameworks including their periodic reviews and updates.

    • Ensure appropriate reporting, financial oversight and compliance of the project in accordance with donor rules and regulations. Ensure program partners’ Job Description Document 2 compliance with donor policies on marking and branding and donor rules and regulations. 
    • Ensure effective and transparent use of financial resources for timely and informative reporting in line with donor policies and procedures through collaboration with program, finance and administrative staff. 
    • Oversee the development and implementation of the program monitoring and evaluation plan to ensure program activities are tracked, reviewed in line with the overall goal and implementation plan and have the desired impact to achieve program goals and objectives. 
    • Visit assigned sites on a regular basis and oversee implementation and execution of ongoing project tasks. 
    • Create and sustain a work environment that promotes learning through documentation and knowledge sharing around best practices and lessons learned. 
    • Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual programmatic reports and information for submission to the donor as appropriate. 
    • Effective people management ensuring highly skilled staff are recruited, properly inducted, empowered to provide leadership and decision-making within a team setting, and effectively managed to perform to a high standard and meeting their objectives.

    Gender & Inclusion Manager-BMGF Project

    KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:

    • Ensure that the project’s gender and inclusion policy and other relevant gender and inclusion principles, policies and regulations are applied consistently throughout the project cycle. 
    • Provide technical expertise and inputs on women’s empowerment and gender mainstreaming related to project’s objectives and activities, to project leadership, team leads, and the Communications and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) focal points. 
    • Oversee the mainstreaming of gender and inclusion activities and considerations into the project work plan, MEL and branding and communication plan and adjust implementation strategies and activities in consultation with team leads to be responsive to issues identified during the gender and inclusion analysis. 
    • Provide technical guidance across the various objectives and outcomes of the project to ensure mainstreaming of gender and inclusion in project strategies and activities. 
    • Ensure inclusion of gender-sensitive indicators in the MEL plan and collection of disaggregated data by sex, age, etc. and support KCB Foundation MEL Manager with compilation, analysis and interpretation of gender and inclusion issues
    • Conduct regular gender and inclusion assessments to measure progress and adapt project strategies and activities. 
    • In collaboration with the Project Manager, develop a capacity building plan and mentor and train project staff, partners and other stakeholders on mainstreaming women issues, tools, policies, and practices. Job Description Document 
    • Identify and document successful practices in the project that can be showcased in publications, communication materials and conferences. 
    • Prepare communications materials that highlight the project’s gender programming, and inclusion related initiatives, their successes, and lessons learned in collaboration with the Communications Manager; and, 
    • Ensure coordination between the project and BMG Foundation on issues related to gender equality, women’s empowerment and social inclusion.
