The holder of this position will report to the Marketing & Business Development Manager. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Customer support: Answer and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat. 
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide logical, lasting solutions. 
• Information provision: Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies. 
• Call management: Manage call volume, handle both inbound and outbound calls, and follow communication procedures. 
• Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to build customer loyalty. 
• Goal achievement: Meet or exceed performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
• Escalation: Escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed. 
• Compliance: Adhere to the company guidelines, security policies and procedures. 
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Ability to use computers, navigate various software programs.

The holder of this position will report to the Credit Manager. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Loan evaluation: Screen loan applications, analyze financial information, and evaluate credit and risk ratios to determine loan eligibility and potential risks. 
• Policy and compliance: Ensure all loans adhere to institutional policies and procedures, and that all relevant regulations are followed. 
• Risk management: Assess and mitigate potential credit risks associated with loans and monitor collateral adequacy. 
• Client interaction: Advise clients on suitable loan options, gather necessary financial documentation, and maintain communication regarding loan status and repayment schedules. 
• Loan administration: Process loan disbursements accurately and on time, manage loan portfolios, and coordinate collections efforts. 
• Reporting: Prepare reports and recommendations for management on the status and performance of the loan book.

The holder of this position will report to the Finance Manager. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately. 
• Verify customer identities and ensure sufficient funds are available for transactions. 
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. 
• Identify and manage counterfeit currency. 
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and distributing cash. 
• Cash checks and sell cashier's cheques and money orders. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be a holder of a Degree or Diploma in a Business-related course, CPA III is an added advantage. 
• Must have 3 years’ experience as a Teller or Operations Officer 
• Has exhibited good performance and with a quality portfolio. 
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Have good planning, analytical and monitoring skills. 
• Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision. 
• Be a team player.
