    Responsibilities for the Visa/Loyalty Officer Job

    • Provide administrative support to the Visa Office.
    • Effectively manage own and team’s caseloads under time pressures and within resource constraints.
    • Deal with a range of clients and stakeholders and respond to enquiries.
    • Prepare correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
    • Undertake case-related investigation, including site visits and prepare clear and logical reports of such.
    • Meet all departmental standards as advised by the management of the section. This includes, but is not limited to the code of conduct, client service standards and record-keeping requirements.

    Administration Officer

    Administration Job Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Act as general point of contact on telephones and by email and respond to general enquiries.
    • Provide support to the team as required, including the communication of all relevant information.
    • Research and book national and international travel and accommodation arrangements.
    • Organize meeting dates and venues, liaise with attendees and manage meeting arrangements.
    • Assist with the circulation of dates, agendas, papers and minutes of meetings.
    • Management of contacts database.
    • Maintain regular PC backup procedures.
    • Assist with the management of office resources, including supplies, communications, insurance etc.

    Responsibilities for the Centre Supervisor/Quality Assurance Job

     

    Centre Supervisor

     

    • Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands.
    • Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
    • Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance.
    • Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
    • Constantly motivating the sales team to hit their targets and ensure company profitability.
    • Meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work.
    • Meeting company directors who advise on strategy and finding out about any local issues and future trends.

     

    Quality Assurance

    • University Degree from a recognized institution.
    • 2-3 years of experience in the same role.
    • Sound understanding of the online travel business.
    • Manages time effectively to meet agreed deadlines, integrity, respects confidentiality and is trustworthy.
    • He/she must be a dynamic communicator, must have excellent written skills, and be a client-focused individual.
