    Receptionist

     

    Receptionist Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the general housekeeping of the reception area

    • Ensuring the reception is covered at all times.

    • Maintaining a daily list of all calls in the telephone register

    • Responsible for sorting and distributing internal mail.

    • Responsible for maintaining the telecommunication system by ensuring all

    • Switchboard lines are working efficiently.

    • Meeting and directing clients as and when required

    • Serving visitors / clients by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them

      appropriately

    • Responding, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing

      basic information when needed

    • Supporting the business principles and guests and any other visitors with transport booking

    • Responsible for receiving and documenting all in-coming mail, stamping and placing in respective pigeon holes in the mail room

    Required Skills and Qualifications for the Receptionist Job

    • 2-3yrs experience as a Receptionist is a must

    • Diploma in Business Management

    • Strong telephone Skills

    • Microsoft Office Skills

    • Good Listening skills

    • Solid communication skills both written and verbal

    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

    • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

    Business Development Manager

     

    Business Development Job Responsibilities

    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

    • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and l averaging networks.

    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

    • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice

    • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to dev el op proposal s / tenders that s peak

    • To the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

    • Participate in the pricing of products /services.

    • Participate in product development across the business

    • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences

    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other

    • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
    • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

    Skills and Qualifications for the Business Development Job

    • Degree in Marketing

    • Cim, ACII, AIK certificate is an added advantage

    • Presentation skills

    • Time management and prioritization on skills to complete work within established

    • Time frames and meet the required deadlines

    • Able to work to a high level of accuracy

    • Computer literate ( outlook, excel and word)

    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

    Close of Business (COB) Analyst

     

    Close of Business (COB) Analyst Job Responsibilities

    • Execute Day’s System backup, before and After Close of business(COB)

    • Ensure System services (Before and after Close of Business) are stopped and started respectively.

    • Execution of system COB reports.

    • Monitoring of End of day.

    • Documenting COB process performance.

    Requirements for the Close of Business (COB) Analyst Job

    • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

    • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, and windows environment.

    • Basic Computer troubleshooting skills or experience in Information technology support.

    • Excellent client-facing skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
