    Cook Jobs Responsibilities 

    • At the start of each shift check that daily list is complete and sufficient
    • Inform Kitchen Supervisor immediately of any shortages
    • Use our Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products
    • Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
    • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food supplies
    • Prepare item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning or marinating
    • Prepare a variety of cuisines in different method
    • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality and presentation of food served
    • Communicate with service staff
    • Understand and comply consistently with the standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures

    Requirements for the Cook Jobs

    • 1-3 years’ experience as a cook
    • College education in F& B
    • Creative with good initiatives
    • Flexible to work in alternate shifts
    • Good communication skills
    • Presentable with excellent customer service skills
    • Knowledge of preparing various cuisines

    Summary

    Ensuring excellent service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage. Supervising and co-coordinating the Food and Beverage Department.

    • To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
    • To ensure that guests receive high quality service

    Requirements for the Food & Beverage Job

    • Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
    • 2-5 years’ experience in a busy hotel as an F&B Manager or Supervisor
    • Team management, leadership & team player
    • Effective management: delivering profit center profitability
    • Adaptability: coping with the diversity of customers and their needs
    • Thorough and initiative
    • Good relationship skills
