    Headteacher/Admin (Expat)

    The suitable candidate should be someone who loves enjoying the outdoors activities and nature as well as un-schooling methods meaning that the children take responsibility for their own education and choose their own themes and projects as they get older. He/she MUST be creative, warm, patient, flexible, good with children, genuinely caring for children and respecting them and is great at coming up with fun and interesting projects for the children.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and use School Curriculum & Montessori materials to meet group & individual student’s needs.
    • Responsible for maintaining an on-going dialogue with specialty teachers.
    • Coordinate curriculum integration and implementation with teachers.
    • Participate in meetings, training, and planning cooperatives to fully meet each child’s needs.
    • Use various assessment tools/strategies to help make instructional decisions for individual students.
    • Ensure an environment that meets the development of the children he/she works with.
    • Establish a positive relationship with parents of the students
    • Maintains regular communication with parents with regard to their child’s specific needs.
    • Communicate to parents and others in the school community about the classroom and curriculum.
    • Complete required Progress Reports in accordance with school policy.
    • Participate in school functions.
    • Participate in a regular evaluation process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bsc degree in education or relevant licence/certificate.
    • At least 2years experience as a head teacher
    • Kindergarten teacher experience in teaching numeracy & literacy (Montessori way or Waldorf training)
    • Good planning and organization skills /admin skills and is able to plan exciting curriculum.
    • Open to nature based free learning and someone who enjoys the outdoors.
    • Good communication skills both oral and written.
    • Creative and flexible.
    • Good computer skills, Word, Excel.
    • Someone who believes in un-schooling.
    • Travelled and exposed to European, Canadian, American or Scandinavian schooling and mentality.
    • Experience working with children aged 18 months – 7 years.

    Assistant Lodge Manager

    The successful candidate will assist the Lodge Manager with organizing and coordinating all the lodge operations and procedures. He/She must have at least 3 years Managerial experience in a 5 star Lodge or Tented Camp, be a strong leader and very customer oriented.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and hosting of guests
    • Management of Guest Experiences incl. Kids activities
    • Daily lodge reconciliations
    • Completing of Month end duties – stock controls, reports

    Sales Executive - Construction

    The successful candidate will be required to create a Brand for the Organization, ensure that the brand promised are kept through effective adherence to service level agreements. He/she will be required to maintain excellent relationship with the customers through continuous communication thereby ensuring increased sales.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare the Sales and Marketing Plan.
    • Prepare monthly plans for discussion with the Director in accordance with the agreed targets.

    Sales Manager - Construction

    The ideal candidate MUST have 6 years proven work experience in selling construction products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and follow dedicated and focused plans for existing, and emerging/new customers
    • Provide input to and then work to annual Sales Budgets

    Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst

    The successful candidate must have experience working with Oracle Data Warehouse (v10 upwards, ODB, ODI and OBIEE) and ERP (NetSuite ERP, Tribe HR and eHorizon payroll.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review, and describe in detail, the status of the ERP and DWH implementation.
    • Determine the quality of internal IT in terms of uptime and reliability to support the ERP/DWH.
    • Lead the rapid completion of the projects and the systems’ utilization in operations.
    • Develop a comprehensive project and post-project plan
    • Define the Enterprise Systems Team’s short, medium and long term goals
    • Develop and oversee a roadmap for improving Systems’ impact-to-business
    • Champion the adoption and usage of Enterprise Systems across the business so-as-to derive Maximum value.
    • Oversee the implementation and management of all Enterprise Systems across the Group.
    • Assess all current Company Enterprise Systems and determine their impact to business
    • Identify business processes that can be improved through automation and drive solutions

    • Provide training and support for end-users around Enterprise Systems features and functions.
    • Manage Enterprise System vendors and other third party providers.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields of study.
    • Excellent understanding of ERP (NetSuite, TribeHR and eHorizon payroll) DWH.
    • Experience working with Oracle Data Warehouse (v10 upwards, ODB, ODI)
    Must have worked as an Enterprise System Analyst previously.
    Must have done some common programs i.e. SQL,Oracle, Sequel; Visual Basic, C++ and Java, Unified Modelling Language (UML),SAP business software applications, Web-based technologies
    • Business intelligence experience is an added advantage.

    Fund Accountant

    The successful candidate will be responsible for finance, contract management and compliance related activities in the business and communicate with the investors in the Funds and providing them with timely and accurate reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain records of committed capital and drawdowns per Fund and per investor
    • Coordinate the preparation and timely distribution of quarterly and annual reporting to the investors in the funds
    • Collect the financial information from the portfolio companies and prepare consistent and intelligible summary information for the reports
    • Responsible for all accounting functions, keeping all records for all entities up to date at all times
    • Prepare Annual tax filing and maintain the necessary tax information for all entities
    • Prepare and participate in the quarterly investor conferences
    • Anti-money laundering/Know your Clients (AML/KYC) – ensure compliance as per agreements

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Financial Management undergraduate qualification
    • Must be a CPA (K)/ACCA finalist
    • Must have 5 years’ experience in senior financial position in a reputable organisation
    • Must have excellent working knowledge of International Financial reporting standards
    • Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and their compliance and governance requirements
    • Must have experience in or a good understanding of the private equity and venture capital industry
    • Successful completion of AVCA or EVCA courses in Fund Administration is a plus
    • Must have excellent analytical skills.
