    Sales Manager

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related course;
    • 4 years’ experience in marketing or sales;

    Job Specification

    • In charge of the general trade Channel; Distribution, Coverage, Visibility, Volume and Sales targets in GT
    • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota plan for various territories in support of national objectives. He should be able to achieve the same through,
    • Develop and track monthly sales budgets and targets per brand, per SKU, per Rep, Per region monthly
      Relationship management across levels: TSIs, key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
    • Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
    • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the GT
    • Provide distributors and customers in the GT with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales in the GT
    • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the GT
    • Co-ordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the GT
    • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the GT to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the GT

    Channel Manager

    • Effective Institutions supply chain management (target setting and follow through)
    • Achievement of budgeted performance and optimal visibility of Brands in HORECA and Institutions channel;
    • Strategic Key Account management;
    • Development and implementation of sales programs to drive profitability;
    • Design and implementation of strategic business plans that will expand the company’s customer base in
    • Institutions and ensure its strong presence Generation of reports on market status and competitor activities;
    • Ensuring availability of superior marketing intelligence for enhanced decision making;
    • Directing, motivating, supporting and developing Sales team;

    Brand Manager

    Job Purpose: To manage the process of developing, implementing and executing brand strategies and activities in line with company objectives

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related course;
    • 4 years’  progressive working experience in brand management preferably in FMCG industry;

    Job Specification

    • Develop brand building activities through utilizing consumer understanding and harnessing their instinctive ability;
    • Deliver high quality results through demonstrating the ability to manage projects effectively; whilst meeting critical deadlines and remaining flexible to course correct where necessary;
    • Demonstrate an early understanding of A&P budgeting, ROI metrics for strategies, pricing and P&L to deliver brand plans that unlock growth whilst meeting customer, shopper and consumer needs;
    • Demonstrate good levels of consumer understanding to identify issues and opportunities for the brands, creatively developing insights that drive growth;
    • Contribute to consumer and customer driven strategies that deliver brand growth in line with the wider business strategy – ability to seek new opportunities that the brand can adopt to trigger growth;
    • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively (Agencies & marketing suppliers), ensuring the company maximize on their respective KPI’s deliverables;
    • Establish consumer satisfaction levels in conjunction with Research team through regular consumer surveys to gather insights and understanding for brand strategies;
