    Hr Manager, Talent And Dealer Support Services

    Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-

    • Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics.

    Export Manager

    Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-


    • Exploit GMEA potential in the export markets through monitoring economic and market trends and developing initiatives to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
    • Develop, in conjunction with the Dealer, Annual Dealer Business Plans to achieve Sales and Parts objectives for the year.
    • Develop a Dealer Monthly Sales Plan supporting the achievement of Vehicle Sales and Parts targets.
    • Track Dealer Vehicle & Parts sales performance and ensure that the Dealer has the required sales plans to achieve set targets.
    • Provide assistance to Dealer Principals with regard to individual Dealership operations.
    • Ensure there is sufficient inventory and model mix by Dealer to support achievement of the Sales targets.
    • Provide the Technical Training requirements of the Dealers and ensure that the required Technical Competency is available at the individual Dealerships.
    • Ensure that the Dealer Principals have an ongoing working knowledge of GMEAs Sales, Service and Parts policies.
    • Support rollout of GMEA customer service processes and standards in Dealer operations.
    • Manage the GMEA and Dealer warranty interface.
    • Compliance with EAC. COMESA and SADC rules and policies with a view of enhancing business between GMEA and Export markets.
    • Leverage all of GMEA's resources to improve Dealer Financial Performance,Sales and Parts Performance and enhance Dealer Customer Service.

    Reporting to the CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate le for the following functions:-

    •Develop tools, techniques and theories to facilitate ongoing research activities of the company. Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to suggest other products of interest to management.
    •Model and frame business scenarios that are meaningful and which impact on critical business processes and decisions.
    •Identify unique opportunities to collect and study new and diverse data.
    •Discover "stories" told by the data and present them to the business managers and management. Design, modify and build new data processes.
    •Keep up to date with latest technology trends and apply them to identify and develop innovative solutions and projects.

    Inventory Management

    Cash Accountant

    Reporting to the Senior Accountant - Treasury, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-

    • Cash handling, custody and management.
    • Management of the petty cash fund: disbursement, control & reconciliation.
    •Management of cash within set guidelines and policy.

    Draughtsman

    Reporting to the Product Engineer - Design & Bodybuilding, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-

    •Prepare technical designs drawings for Manufacturing Tooling (Jigs and Fixtures).
    •Provide supervision support to the Manufacturing Tooling suppliers and ensure compliance to company EHS and Contractor safety policy guidelines.
    •Generate vehicle body designs drawings in conformance with Kenya standard 372: 2014 and Product Body Building Technical Guides.
    •Generate technical designs and drawings for vehicle systems components.
    •Prepare facilities layout drawings for the Plant as required.
    •Capacity planning for tool room resources to ensure effective and efficient utilization by the contractors for tooling development
    •Support the process of managing the Tools and Machine inventories for tool room section
    •Maintenance of the Manufacturing Tooling. Body Designs and Facilities Technical drawings.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:--

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
    • Three years’ experience and preferably as a draughtsman.
    • Computer design software (AutoCAD. Inventor etc.).
    • Innovative, high level of integrity, and excellent analytical skills.
    • Project Management experience will be an added advantage.
