    Sales Executive - Beach Resorts

    The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in group and volume business into hotel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, qualify and solicit new business to achieve hotel revenue goals.
    • Responsible for a maximum of occupancy of rooms and conferences.
    • Make lists of potential clients & conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel.
    • Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements.
    • Prepare & present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting best features & qualities of htl
    • Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices.
    • Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications & needs
    • Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.

    Qualifications:

    • A University degree with relevant experience.
    • At least 3 to 5 years in hospitality management

    The successful candidate MUST be able to successfully execute –from prospecting to deal closing.

    Sales Manager - Beach Resort

    The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new business to the establishment, manages large accounts, works to maintain a loyal customer base, and oversees hotel sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyses current client base or target market for the hotel.
    • Identify, qualify and solicit new business to achieve hotel revenue goals.
    • Devises new ways to expand that client base.
    • Reaches out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences & events.
    • Meets with representatives from these companies to explain the hotel’s merits and amenities.
    • Overcomes hesitations of clients to close a sale.
    • Manages accounts of high-profile clients.
    • Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
    • Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.

    Qualifications:

    • A University degree with relevant experience.
    • At least 5 to 8 years in hospitality sales in a 5 star hotel.
    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
    • Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Demonstrates ability to think creatively and analytically
    • Is capable of creating and maintaining a large client network.
    • Communicates clearly and effectively and possesses strong leadership skills.
    • Is familiar with the workings of the hotel and hospitality industry.

    Credit Controller

    The successful candidate MUST be a CPA finalist with great experiences handling multiple creditors in different industry sectors. He/she MUST be willing to work on Saturday.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Co-ordination of billing process.
    • Ensure that VAT specification per client are met.
    • Assist with debt collection.
    • Ensure bills are dispatched to clients on a timely manner.
    • Assist with requisitions of credit notes.
    • Ensure accurate filling of invoices on a daily & monthly basis.
    • Ensure accurate allocation of business receipts.
    • Prepare ad hoc information on clients and fee info.

    Qualifications:

    Must be a CPA finalist.
    Must have relevant experience working in a fast paced corporate/services environment.
    Must be able to work under pressure.
    Must be able to work independently.
    Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
    Must be well presentable.
    • Entirely proficient in Microsoft Office & accounting software.
    Must be a natural problem solver.

    Systems Administrator

    The ideal candidate must have good experience with Syspro ERP.

    Responsibilities:

    • To train & assist system users to perform their daily tasks as necessary.
    • To train new users of Syspro
    • Provide user support
    • Coordinate or act as a system link for users where security denied
    • To avail standard reports and write custom reports
    • To avail roll over reports each period end
    • Avail standard reports to users on request
    • Write custom reports
    • Control the sale of goods in accordance with set customer terms.
    • Avail & facilitate the use of the system at all times
    • Perform daily roll over functions
    • Re-index of data files
    • Perform balance functions
    • Set up new suppliers, customers , stock codes and formulations
    • Manage system securities
    • Manage GL Integration
    • Document Flow
    • Data backup & its security
    • Coordinate with Syspro Developers for technical support & development
    • Ensure users complete processes to avail service for the next user.
    • Coordinate implementation of additional software
    • To report and record on any incident or accident immediately and take corrective action.
    • Active participation and ensuring compliance of overall Kaizen/DWM activities of the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma in IT field.
    • Over 5 years working experience in systems administration.
    • Knowledge and experience working with Syspro.
    • Understanding of accounting practices.
    • IT knowledge and expertise.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Workforce management and planning skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Pro – active, disciplined, cooperative and good training and coaching skills.
    • Continuously develops insights in financial accounting.
