    Sterilizer Operator

    Sterilizer Operator Job Responsibilities

    • Decontaminates and sterilizes instruments, medical supplies and equipment, and assembles, wraps and sterilizes trays of instruments. Follows proper Standard Precautions while in decontamination and sterilization areas.
    • Monitors biological and chemical wash solution to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments and medical equipment.
    • Sorts mismatched sets of instruments, trays, and medical equipment and makes them available to sterile processing customers in a timely manner.
    • Restocks, labels, and maintains inventory, submits requisitions, collects and distributes instruments, trays, crash carts, and facility medical equipment.
    • Performs environmental maintenance duties and assists in maintaining inventory levels in sterile processing, the operating room, and in equipment storage areas.
    • Verifies that equipment functions properly, requisitions for equipment maintenance, repair or replacement, and removes defective equipment.
    • Maintains a clean work area
    • Assists with maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and quality improvement, safety, and environmental and infection control standards.
    • Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills

    Qualifications for the Sterilizer Operator Job

    • Minimum O level
    • At least 2 years working experience.
    • Have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant and outgoing Personality
    • Be self-motivated and team orientated and work to a high level of integrity and accountability, with keen attention to details.

    Territory Sales Manager

    Territory Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure the territory achieves given sales targets (Volume and Value) through hands on management of given accounts/ territory in line with the sales and distribution plans.
    • Supervise, motivate and develop the territory sales representatives assigned in their areas to ensure maximum returns for the business.
    • Regularly oversee the Territory Sales Representative visits to outlets to ensure that the 4A`s (Availability, Accessibility, Affordability and Activation) are being applied and address any skills gaps.
    • Work in collaboration with the distributors and the Territory Sales Representatives to ensure stockiest and retail outlets in assigned territory are fully serviced as per agreed SLA`s.

    QA Executive Job Primary Responsibilities

    • Identifies trends and tendencies with respect to lot, product and type of complaint and determines the cause,

    • Follow up customer complaints and prepare trend analysis reports

    Qualifications for the QA Executive Job

    • Degree/Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology from a reputable university
    • Conversant with a good understanding of Milk processing plant.
    • Experience in HACCP and UHT quality systems.
    • Must have an experience in Quality Assurance
    • Advance knowledge in Product quality management /customer complaints,customer relations
    • At-least 3 years’ work Experience in dairy industry and FMCG.
