    Project Management Analyst

    The successful candidate will have the privilege of working with a highly experienced team in both local and global markets and has the opportunity for growth within the company.

    Responsibility

    1. Assist in preparation of cash flow projections and financial models for upcoming real estate projects,
    2. Preparation of overall project schedule & review contractors’ and consultants’ schedules to align them with the master schedule,
    3. Study project designs & documents to identify areas of value engineering and provide alternative proposals for consideration,
    4. Assist the Project Management team in coordination of the various consultancy interphases to ensure smooth delivery of project designs,
    5. Assist in preparation of procurement schedules, complete with specifications and recommended suppliers,
    6. Identify & document project risks and suggest mitigating measures to eliminate them,
    7. Compiling the projects reports and providing the relevant analysis to aid in investment decision making process and to support the real estate functions in the company,
    8. Provide ongoing support with current projects, proposal reviews and summaries,
    9. Working closely with the rest of the real estate team in site supervision and site inspection,
    10. Maintain and update existing project documentation and Business cases with the end-goal of achieving data quality and accuracy,
    11. Preparation of client deliverables and presentations
    12. Analysis of financial feasibility of the projects using financial real estate models and tracking of the projects finances and budgets
    13. Performing other job-related duties as assigned

    Requirements

    1. An undergraduate with a minimum qualification of a B+(plus) in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
    2. An undergraduate level student with a second class upper bachelor’s degree from a reputable University (preferably in a construction related field)
    3. Detail-oriented and highly organized and ability to meet strict deadlines
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    5. Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
    6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
    7. Motivated to learn and take on new challenges
    8. An understanding or interest in property markets & trends
    9. Availability on a fulltime basis with high levels of energy, enthusiasm and ability to work long hours and under pressure
    10. Prior 2 experience in a real estate development or construction company

    Brand & Marketing Generalist Program

    The position of Brand & Marketing interns is generalist program responsible for assisting the brand department across all the divisions, namely;

    • Events planning, execution and follow up
    • Development and execution of all marketing programs
    • Digital strategy and execution
    • Public relations and communication, and
    • Cytonn Foundation

    Responsibility

    1. Updating and maintaining the marketing departments’ documentation and databases
    2. Assist in the coordination of the production of a wide range of marketing material and literature
    3. Assist in acquisition, analysis and utilization of customer data
    4. Support in the coordination of communication and logistics for events, trade shows, exhibitions/activations, mailings and related activities via telephone and email
    5. Assist the team with the implementation of a complete marketing program and marketing initiatives. The Interns will be required to help write and design marketing materials, which include but are not limited to articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, and monthly company newsletters.
    6. Assist in coordinating with creative and advertising agencies
    7. Assist the digital marketing team in content creation, posting, monitoring and any other digital communication that will be required
    8. Be part of product development, marketing research on consumer trends & behaviours and customer service efforts
    9. Assist in monitoring, analysing and reporting on competitor environment and general market trends
    10. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    1. Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
    2. Good analytical and creative problem solving skills
    3. Research skills
    4. Strong organizational and time management skills -ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize
    5. Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment
    6. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
