    PeopleOps Manager

    As a PeopleOps Manager, you will be on the front lines of connecting those 1 million people to meaningful work. We use a combination of the latest technology and an on-demand, global workforce to bring production lines into the realm of digital work. Tedious back office work can now be completed faster, cheaper and to a higher accuracy thanks to CloudFactory. It is our ambitious social mission and deep ties on the ground in Asia and Africa that drive us to innovate and change how companies get work done.

    People Ops Managers work closely with the team who is managing our group of workers (we call them Cloud Workers) who work from home or in our offices. You will have to balance many different functions within CloudFactory to keep up with an on-demand workforce, including talent acquisition, people selection, communication, supervision and engagement. In addition to local responsibilities, you will be coordinating with the Global People Ops teams to ensure there is alignment across the board while maintaining ground realities relevant to the origin country.

    The Fit:

    To fit in with us you will need to be a curious type, who doesn’t let things wait. The ideal candidate will be very people-centric and a humble servant leading a diverse group of people. You need to be able to push the ball forward while maintaining alignment with the leadership in the other countries working within the PeopleOps leadership team. You will be the type of person who is passionate about connecting with people and using technology to do your work faster and more efficiently.

    The Experience:

    You will need 7 to 10 years of experience leading a large group of people and working with people from other cultures. Being able to work on a tactical level in [your country] while maintaining a global outlook. Recruitment experience, management experience and experience in a high-growth tech company experience are a plus.

    Project Assistant

    The Job:

    As a Project Assistant with CloudFactory you will be the bridge between two sets of clients: customers and workers. You will guide the conversations between the two clients to make sure there is alignment across the board on the work we’re streaming to from both parties.

    You won’t be alone, you’ll have a partner to help in delivering the WorkStreams to the clients and it will be your responsibility to work closely with them. The hope is that you will eventually be better at project management than them. As a Project Assistant, you will also be responsible for coordinating with other Project teams (or Pods as we like to call them) to ensure they are making decisions that line up with the CloudFactory way of delivering amazing work back to our clients.

    You will assist the Team Lead of the WorkStream with all aspects of the client’s lifecycle. You will need to keep track of client expectations or SLAs to ensure that our WorkStreams are healthy and running smoothly.

    The Fit:

    You love building relationships, and you can manage through ups and downs. Being close to the customers and the workers will require getting your hands dirty from time to time. You need to be able to understand the work and that usually requires doing it first. Fitting with us requires the ability to be flexible with working times as most of our clients are in the US with a few in Australia and Europe.

    You’re a great communicator. You have impeccable communication skills and are an excellent all-around communicator — verbal, written, and interpersonal. You’ll need to empathize with our customers and work cross-culturally with team members across the globe.

    You are results-focused. You have a strong understanding of business systems and operations strategy with an ability to effectively interpret and communicate business and technical concepts. 

    The Experience:

    We’re looking for 1+ years of project management experience or a background in sales. You should have a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably relevant industry experience (on-demand work platforms, etc.). Technology startup experience and international work experience would be a big plus!

    Project Manager

    The Job:

Project Management, general management, and experience in a high-growth tech company are a plus. Preferably you have working knowledge of BPO operations or other on-demand platforms. Prior exposure to designing and delivering training is a plus. Technical experience with API integrations would be another big plus.

    You will need 2 to 4 years of experience leading a large group of people and working with people from multiple backgrounds and cultures. Being able to work on a tactical level in [your country] while maintaining a global outlook. Content creation experience, management experience and experience in a high-growth tech company experience are a plus.
