    IT Business Development Manager

    The IT business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a market position through locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
    • Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
    • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

     Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s in Business administration or related field where MBA will be an added advantage.
    • At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role preferably in an IT or Online Marketing firm.

    Internal Auditor

    The internal Auditor will ensure assets protection by planning and completing financial audits; identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls; recommending improvements.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identifying risk areas; preparing audit scope and objectives; preparing audit programs.
    • Assess compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements by studying existing and new security legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
    • Assess risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance; evaluating manual and automated financial processes; identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies and operational issues.
    • Verify assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and collateral to documentation.
    • Complete audit paper work by documenting audit tests and findings.
    • Communicate audit progress and findings by providing information to management highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers and preparing final audit reports.
    • Improve protection by recommending changes in management monitoring, assessment, and motivational practices, in the internal control structure, and in operating processes; identifying root causes.
    • Support external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
    • Provide financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Protect organization’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Contribute to team results by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
    • CPA (K) / ACCA and a member of ICPAK will be an added advantage.
    • At least 2 years audit experience in transport or motor service industry
    • Strong business acumen and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.
    • Strong analytical skills, team player, ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in MS office suite of package, accounting systems knowledge and familiarity.
    • Good understanding of the principles and application of good corporate governance, business and operational risk and control processes and Procedures

    Human Resource Manager

    The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources through planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
    • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
    • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

    • Maintain personnel files and ensures that files are up to date.
    • Track and record absences, lateness, under time and overtime to ensure that appropriate deduction are applied.
    • Preparing and submitting the various HR reports and advising management on any arising issues related to HR.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized University.
    • Post graduate or diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
    • At least 2 years proven working experience in a similar position.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • A member of IHRM.
