Overview
The LCS Coordinator Spares will contribute to the organizational goal by ensuring interactions with customers and Krones internal for all matters relating to spare part quotations and orders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all enquiries, quotations and orders for Spares products
- Clarification of all queries before orders are placed
- Follow-up on status of each order with the supply chain department and keep customer informed on the status.
- Use the escalation procedure to prevent order delays by being pro-active
- Keep internal role players informed on status of key orders timeously
- Process invoicing and shipping documentation accurately and timeously.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to clear any queries and/or discrepancies.
- Follow-up with customers on OPEN quotations to ascertain status of a potential order.
- General administration/filing
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management or Purchasing and Supplies
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

Description:
We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join our team and help support our scaling up. Our team is doing cutting edge work in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning using unique data to give people in emerging markets access to credit – something that they’ve never had before.
This role will have extensive experience in developing credit and risk models in banking, finance, insurance, or similar. Our Credit Risk Analyst will work directly with Credit, Technology, Collections, Fraud and Operations Teams to develop and iterate models that promote our vision of providing affordable access to credit to Kenyans.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Credit Risk in monitoring the company’s loan book portfolio in accordance with the credit policy.
- Appraising credit applications for new clients being on-boarded, as well as existing clients in compliance with credit policy guidelines.
- Development and production of monthly / weekly / daily MI reports to support the business across all aspects of performance and growth. Reviews of these reports to spot and identify unusual performance and/or trends.
- Conducting forensic analytics to understand and resolve analytical problems and understand the most detailed levels of the business performance Identify and propose improvements within the credit teams areas of focus: scorecards, performance, credit policy, collections
Requirements
- Local knowledge of credit landscape and challenges faced

- Must be Proficient in Data analytics tools: SQL (preferably) / SAS / Python / R Business/ Statistics/ Computer Science/Degree or their equivalent

Requirements
Ambition and a desire to have impact are essential prerequisites on the team. For this role, we’re also looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Master-level degree in Computer Science;
- Practical experience applying AI/ML into product development;
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity;
- Track record of end-to-end mobile product development and deployment resulting in strong engagement KPIs;
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about how technology can advance business objectives;
- Proven ability to design, coach, and lead a high performing and dynamic tech team;
- Working technical knowledge in all areas relevant to the product: MVC, PHP, Java, MySQL, Android, Python,R, AWS, Bitbucket, CSS, SMS, HTML5, and Laravel;

- Ability to live and work at least 50% in Nairobi, Kenya.
