    Motorcycle Sales Representative

    Our client is among the leading brewery groups in the world today with a large portfolio of beer and other beverages brand and they are looking for a reliable and competent Motorcycle Sales Representative to join their Kenya Team

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales targets tracking
    • Market coverage/outlet universe growth
    • Meeting Strike rate targets
    • Tracking on assigned route’s efficiency
    • Customer relationship management
    • Gathering and submitting market intelligence
    • Responsible for competent accomplishment of tasks assigned
    • Maintaining tools of work and assets
    • Cash and stock reconciliation
    • Ensuring availability/visibility of all brands on all outlets assigned
    • Communicating and tracking trade activities.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Diploma certificate in Sales and Marketing.
    • Work Experience: At least three years sales and marketing experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods - FMCG.
    • Driving License: At least 2 years experience in riding a motorcycle and a valid license.
    • Languages: Fluent in English, and Swahili.

    Key Account Merchandiser

    Job Duties;

    • working closely with buyers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges
    • meeting with suppliers, distributors and analysts
    • managing budgets
    • predicting sales and profits
    • negotiating quantities and delivery time-scales
    • supervising and training junior staff
    • managing levels and distribution of stock
    • handling supply/production problems as they arise
    • setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate
    • making financial presentations to senior managers
    • assessing sales performance of different ranges 

    Job Qualifications:

    • Must be a Graduate
    • Outgoing personality
    • 1 – 3 Years Merchandising Experience in local FMCG

    Senior Territory Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    Our client is among the leading brewery groups in the world today with a large portfolio of beer and other beverages brand and they are looking for a reliable and competent Senior Territory Sales Representative to join their Kenya Team

    Responsibilities

    • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
    • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
    • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
    • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
    • Present products and services to prospective customers
    • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
    • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
    • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
    • Monitor competition within assigned region

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Territory Manager
    • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
    • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
    • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Organizational and leadership ability
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
