Regional Aftersales Representative - SAME at Simba Corp

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager – SAME

Job Purpose: Responsible for the sale of parts and service of agricultural tractors and farm implements to achieve set targets in Western region.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Achieve set parts and service budget target.
• Carry out repairs on tractors and farm implements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and ensure prompt response to their requests and queries.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Exposure to technical aspects of agricultural tractors and farm implements.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the agricultural industry including experience in sales.
