Collections & Recovery Officer

- Job Field Banking , Customer Care, Success and Service
- Are you a skilled negotiator with a knack for problem-solving? Baron Capital is looking for professionals to join our recovery team!
Your Role:
- Track and recover outstanding debts
- Negotiate repayment plans
- Conduct field visits & ensure compliance
You Bring:
- Diploma in Business or related field
- 2+ years in debt collection
- Strong communication & target-driven mindset
