    Collections & Recovery Officer

    • Are you a skilled negotiator with a knack for problem-solving? Baron Capital is looking for professionals to join our recovery team!

    Your Role:

    • Track and recover outstanding debts
    • Negotiate repayment plans
    • Conduct field visits & ensure compliance

    You Bring:

    • Diploma in Business or related field
    • 2+ years in debt collection
    • Strong communication & target-driven mindset
