County Sales Executives - Busia at Deevabits Green Energy

Duties And Responsibilities

• Implement the assigned sales strategy for your assigned County
• Visit a minimum of three (3) groups per day (Chamas, Women Groups, Boda Boda Groups and Microfinance groups)
• Visit a minimum of three (3) door to door customers per day
• Prepare and submit your weekly sales plan to the Head of Sales on Friday of every week
• Meet and exceed the set monthly sales targets
• Ensure all products sold are installed at the customer premises and registrations are completed in your presence
• Ensure all faulty products are collected and returned to the Nairobi office within a maximum of three (3) days

Role Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Swahili, and Luhya
• Able to and licensed to ride a motorcycle
• Positive ‘Can-do’ attitude and a self-starter and go-getter
• Ability to interact with customers at all levels
• Self-motivated and able to ‘hit the ground running’
• Resident of and/or willing to reside in Busia County
