Marketing and Communications Officer at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact and liaison between Product and Marketing to communicate and distill product updates and new features
• Build and maintain a detailed understanding of our competitors, and regularly conduct market intelligence
• Craft compelling product messaging that embodies key product attributes including value prop, positioning, and differentiation for our target customer segments (personas)
• Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related discipline like is required.
• At least 3 years experience in marketing of medical services/health related field is an added advantage.
• Must have sound knowledge of Canva graphic design tools or Adobe Suit.
• Must have good knowledge of Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing strategies.
• Must possess excellent relationship building experience with C-level executives.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Must be aggressive in marketing and have innovative an innovative mind for marketing ideas.
