Project Development Lead at CFAO Motors Kenya limited (Formerly Toyota Kenya)

CFAO Motors Kenya has an exciting position for a Mobility54 Business Unit assigned to develop synergy projects with M54’s start-up partners and implement these projects, such as public transport digitalization project, logistics digitalization project, mobility value-chain projects, etc. The candidate should have project development experience preferably in mobility service sector or digital business sector and capable to develop and implement synergy projects with start-up companies.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys field work, takes initiative and is willing to meet, discuss and recommend mobility solutions that can uplift the actors in mobility sector.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelors’ Degree in any related field from a recognized University.
• 4 year’s + project development management experience preferably in the mobility service sector or digital business sector.
• Ability to gather, analyse, evaluate and understand data in order to arrive at accurate conclusions and recommendations and make concise concept presentations on the same.
• Strategic thinking, prioritization skills and able to plan and execute under defined procedures.
• Communication: Ability to adapt communication style appropriately to suit a wide range of stakeholders in writing and verbal fluency in both English and Swahili.
