    Sales Agent

    We are seeking highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy high-volume outbound prospecting, and are passionate about building business opportunities through strategic communication and relationship-building.

    About the Role

    As an SDR, you will be the front line of our sales process, responsible for:

    • Initiating first contact with potential clients
    • Qualifying prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
    • Scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team
    • Driving pipeline growth and revenue generation

    Schedule & Location

    • Onsite in Nairobi, Kenya
    • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least 2 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR, call center, appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, outbound sales)
    • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar)
    • Advanced English (C1 – 90%), spoken and written
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound prospecting
    • Must be 21 years or older

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, CRM follow-ups)
    • Qualify leads and ensure meetings meet internal quality standards
    • Document all prospect interactions in CRM with accuracy
    • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership for smooth handoff of opportunities
    • Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs

    • Persuasive, consultative selling approach
    • Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
    • Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and persistence in KPI-driven environments
