    Sales Representative Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Full leadership of the assigned team
    • Achievement of individual and team KPIs
    • Coordination of daily operations
    • Team development (PIPs, coaching, 1:1s)
    • Quality and process supervision
    • Execution of ongoing training (shadowing, role plays)
    • Preparation of operational reports
    • Implementation of improvement strategies

    Requirements:

    • +2 years of experience in leadership, SDR, sales, or training
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • KPI-driven analytical mindset
    • Clear communication with a coaching-oriented approach
    • Ability to manage large teams
