What you will do:
- Handling logbook transfer task.
- Calling the clients to transfer/discharge the logbooks and collect the logbooks at the branches.
- Submit retrieval request through the task, retrieve the logbooks from the store.
- Ensure all the transferred logbooks are dispatched to the branches for collections by the clients.
- Ensure all the dispatched logbooks are uploaded on the app by the branches and the respective clients are contacted to pick the logbooks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, focusing on Mogo’s products, loan processes, and CRM systems.
- Train agents and dealers on using Mogo’s mobile app and other relevant software, ensuring they can effectively engage with customers and manage loan applications.
