 Cost Accountant to oversee cost control operations, monitor food and beverage costs, ensure accurate inventory and financial reporting, maintain effective internal controls, and support the hotel's profitability through efficient cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure targeted profit margins are achieved.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor stock movement and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders.
• Identify and report price variances, discrepancies, and inventory losses, including waste, spoilage, and breakages.
• Prepare and maintain menu costing, menu pricing, and POS pricing updates
• Generate cost, margin, and variance reports while maintaining effective internal cost control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA (K) or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum of five (5) years' relevant work experience in the hospitality industry. .
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

We're seeking a professional and experienced Hotel Storekeeper to oversee inventory operations, ensure accurate stock records, manage the receipt and issuance of supplies, maintain optimal stock levels, and support the efficient operation of all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock movements.
• Issue supplies only against authorized requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the Purchasing Department.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation using the FIFO (First In. First Out) method.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock consumption reports.
• Adhere to hotel policies, procurement procedures, and inventory control standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control procedures, and the FIFO inventory system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or hotel management systems. Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail..
