    Restaurant Chef

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.
    • Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
    • Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing day-to-day tasks, producing key menu items, while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
    • Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast
    • Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation and plating of food items.
    • Conduct daily line checks, food reviews and recipes of the day; Ensures that clear feedback is provided to the entire kitchen team and food service staff and management.
    • Work closely with the kitchen team on costing, production and control for proper recipe execution and waste management.
    • Ensure that sanitation standards as set by statutory health regulations are in compliance as well as the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its equipment as well as training staff on proper sanitation guidelines.
    • Monitor and ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
    • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a chef.
    • Should have food handler certificate
    • Should be well experienced in preparation of various breakfast menus
    • Should have a good knowledge of accounting, stock keeping and should know how to break even using only what is available.
    • Should know good food hygiene, should be strict about freshness, quality, presentation and client satisfaction.
    • Should be aware of and cater to allergies, and different diets and restrictions.

    Roles for the Social Media & Marketing Executive Job

    1. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (develop a monthly social media calendar), accompanied by a method of tracking and reporting, to include building fan base numbers

    Food & Beverage Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    1. To be fully conversant with monthly/ daily sales performance
    2. In your capacity as a supervisor you will be required to take a hands-on role with the service delivery of services within the Restaurant/canteen concept
    3. Supervise and ensure maximum productivity of labour resources
    4. Ensure the department is prepared and organized to meet all business requirements, with particular attention to food & beverage stock controls

    Salon Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Lead salon staff in providing excellent services and maximising profit
    2. Manage day-to-day operations for the salon
    3. Oversee staff performance and customer management
    4. Interview, hire and train candidates in business  procedures, policies and regulations
    5. Schedule beauty technicians to ensure adequate coverage for the salon’s needs
    6. Resolve customer complaints and maintain staff relations
    7. Account for and report profits and expenses 
    8. Oversee sales, inventory and customer reports

    Inventory /Warehouse clerk

    What You Will Do

    1. To manage accurate stock transfers during the receipt of inbound shipments into the warehouse and from the warehouse to loading.
    2. Monitor stock movement in the warehouses and ensure effective product tagging and issuing procedures are followed at all times.
    3. Supervise the picking of products to loading and ensure that loaders adhere to the picking lists as generated from the system.
    4. Facilitate stock movement in the warehouse and ensure proper arrangement of stocks for ease of stock count and independent verification.
    5. Ensure the warehouse is regularly cleaned, maintained and stock well stacked.
    6. Ensure that all relevant procedures, SOPs and routines are followed and adhered to in line with the company policy, procedures and requirements.
    7. Any other tasks as required by your supervisor.

    Qualifications

    1. Degree in business related studies
    2. Over 3 years of experience in Inventory control/Warehouse clerk in a retail or manufacturing firm and Good understanding of stock related operational and control requirements
    3. Smart and sharp in problem-solving and analytical skills
    4. Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative
    5. Skilled in analysing and solving stock discrepancies in the shortest time and way possible.
    6. ERP/SAP working knowledge preferred
    7. Skilled in using computer and Excellent IT skills.
    8. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    9. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contracted in the course of work
    10. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    11. Knowledge of local laws, regulations and policies governing inventory.
    12. Ability to organize documents, and information from multiple sources.
    13. Ability to effectively write reports, maintain documentation, and complete required forms.
    14. Driving license will be an added advantage.
