Consistently sell products to profitably grow the assigned region and meet or exceed regional sales goals and targets
Frequently meet and communicate with customers to understand their needs to develop sales programs that align and grow their business
Continually seek new business acquisitions to capture market share
Report monthly market trends, competitive information, and sales/product opportunities to internal teams including Marketing and Sales Leadership
Effectively manage assigned territory and establish a regular cadence for meeting with customers
Communicate various brands, marketing and advertising programs, and other business enhancements to customers
Manage regional training for customers: identifying various training needs, determining the best location for optimal attendance, and facilitating the training sessions for all participants
Plan, attend, and provide needed assistance at industry shows and events for optimal product exposure, and prepare product orders
Maintain regional expense and promotional budgets
Assist in the collection of accounts receivable
Provide sound business proposals to meet or exceed current competitor activity
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
5+ years of trade experience similar in the industry directly managing a large and dynamic sales team
Develop and implement effective sales action plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly

Oversee your entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Proactively create and build relationships with decision-makers up to the C-suite level at prospective and newly acquired customers, directly or through leads generated by local Marketing or partners
Identify, qualify, pursue (design and propose), negotiate, and profitably close net new business, in close collaboration with local
Conduct commercial and customer contract negotiations within own delegated authority and predefined ranges/guidelines
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information on all customer and sales activity in Zoho CRM
Manage opportunities in compliance with Sales processes and policies and Sales standards of performance
Establish and monitor sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
Direct, oversee, and support immediate post-sale activity to ensure continuity and satisfactory customer onboarding
Hand over closed business to the Customer Implementation / Operations team
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or IT field
5+ years of experience in a consultative selling area
Track record of deals within the banking/insurance sector
Preferable in IT Services/data center/telco/network environment
Broad business network and contact database, especially in the Financial Industry
