    Logistics Support Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients, retail locations, and event venues.
    • Provide reliable and professional transport services for executives, staff, and VIP guests.
    • Support daily operational tasks including pickups, supplier visits, and inventory movements.
    • Assist with setup and breakdown for brand events, tastings, and activations.
    • Execute company errands such as procurement, document deliveries, and logistics runs.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and mechanical soundness of the company vehicle.
    • Keep accurate records of delivery logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
    • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business activities and campaigns.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or fleet operations—ideally in retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; confident navigating urban and peri-urban routes.
    • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an added advantage.
    • Professionalism, discretion, and punctuality in handling executives and high-value goods.
    • Familiarity with navigation tools, delivery apps, and basic vehicle maintenance.
    • Ability to multitask, adapt to urgent requests, and manage logistical priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
    • A proactive, hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.

    Senior Software Engineer

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions.
    • Capacity planning in line with the infrastructure. Design and Implement DBs that can scale.
    • Optimize and tune database performance to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.
    • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration and migration.
    • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all database systems.
    • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and develop solutions.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.

    Qualifications

    • BSc Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
    • 4 – 5 years IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
    • 4-5 years PostgreSQL Database Administration experience
    • 5+ years of experience in database engineering or a similar role.
    • Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments
    • Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques
    • Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
    • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.

    Senior Database Engineer

    • Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data. Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans
    • Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users

    Qualifications

    • BSc Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
    • 4 – 5 years IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
    • 4-5 years PostgreSQL Database Administration experience
    • 5+ years of experience in database engineering or a similar role.

    Resident Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting resident market segments
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in diplomatic missions, NGO’s, UN agencies, corporate entities, incentive groups and individual residents
    • Create tailored safari packages and experiences that appeal specifically to resident market preferences
    • Represent the company at relevant networking events, exhibitions, and functions frequented by target demographics
    • Organize and conduct sales presentations, property visits, and familiarization trips for potential clients
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns
    • Track market trends and competitor activities within the resident market segment
    • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales activities and market developments
    • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system

     Skillset/experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA may be beneficial but not required).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or tourism sales, preferably with exposure to the East African market
    • Proven track record of developing new business relationships and meeting sales targets
    • Established network within diplomatic circles, UN agencies, corporate sectors, or resident communities in East Africa (highly advantageous)
    • Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and safari industry
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within Kenya and Tanzania
    • Cultural sensitivity and awareness
