    Service Advisor (Construction Equipment)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, accurately capturing service needs and creating detailed job cards.
    • Coordinate service jobs by scheduling work, liaising with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
    • Provide customers with clear updates on diagnostics, repair progress, costs, and timelines.
    • Ensure accurate job costing, including labor, parts, and external services, while maintaining proper documentation.
    • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of required components and minimize downtime.
    • Verify completed work against job cards and uphold quality standards before vehicle or equipment handover.
    • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and promoting service offerings to support business growth.

    Key Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
    • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
    • Experience with Hyundai equipment or similar brands.
    • Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery
    • Proficiency in workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
    • A valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally to regional branches.

    Service Advisor (Heavy Commercial)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service and repair requests for commercial vehicles
    • Accurately capture vehicle issues, prepare job cards, and provide repair and maintenance advice with cost estimates
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery
    • Liaise with technicians and parts departments to support diagnostics, repairs, and parts availability
    • Monitor job progress, prioritize urgent cases, and provide regular updates to customers
    • Handle breakdown coordination and field service support to minimize vehicle downtime

    Key Qualifications

    • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
    • Proven experience handling commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, pickups, or fleet operations)
    • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
    • Proficiency in workshop management systems and basic computer applications

    Workshop Manager (Automotive)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely servicing and repair of vehicles
    • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and mechanics to achieve performance targets
    • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards
    • Coordinate workflow between the workshop and Aftersales department to optimize efficiency
    • Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary
    • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control
    • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and training to workshop staff
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, with proven experience in a management role
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
    • In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    Senior Finance Manager

    Key Requirements

    • Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
    • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare monthly financial and cash flow reports, while analysing avocado sales, harvest data, and overall business performance.
    • Operational & Packhouse Oversight: Monitor expenditure, drive cost efficiencies, and evaluate the performance of the packing facility.
    • Accounting & Audit: Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, management accounts preparation, and coordinate the audit process.
    • Systems & Process Improvement: Support the implementation and optimization of the ERP system, while strengthening financial processes and controls.
    • Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Develop and mentor the finance team, partner with senior management and shareholders, and ensure strong governance and compliance standards.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA).
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
    • Strong systems capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and accounting software.
    • Prior experience in agriculture, retail, or distribution is an added advantage.
    • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, act independently, and uphold high levels of integrity.
