Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential customers for solar EV bikes.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Provide product demonstrations, explain features, and guide customers on solar EV bike usage.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar EV bikes.
• Use digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Plan and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and content.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain records of leads, sales, and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide accurate product information to clients.

Regional Technical Operations

• Lead all technical operations: solar installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
• Monitor technical performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all technical activities

EV Motorbike & Fleet Coordination

• Oversee deployment, utilization, maintenance, and tracking of EV motorbikes and regional vehicles
• Ensure compliance with operational protocols and proper usage of assets
• Implement tracking systems and preventive maintenance schedules to optimize performance

Asset & Inventory Management

• Manage technical assets, tools, equipment, and spare parts in the region
• Maintain accountability records and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Coordinate procurement or replacement of assets as required

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate technical and field staff
• Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and support staff development
• Allocate tasks, monitor field activities, and ensure compliance with company policies

Process, Quality & Compliance Management

• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company policies
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and operational audits

Project & Client Coordination

• Act as the regional point of contact for project planning and client/stakeholder communication
• Resolve technical issues escalated by clients or field staff promptly
• Support Sales and Project teams with technical insights and guidance

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operations, asset utilization, project status, and team performance
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
