Specific Functions:

• Handle disciplinary issues at the floor level
• Give a daily report of the left over’s in regards to the daily/weekly requisition

• Supervise restaurant staff
• Check on disciplinary issue
•  Ensure reconciliation of the daily sales with the issues from the stores is done on time
• Work with the stores department to ensure that the right quality of goods are bought from the market
• Ensures general cleaning and the standards of the restaurant is always observed
• Resolves all customer complaints
• Work with the accounts department to ensure that all unpaid debts are followed
• Work with accounts department to ensure that wastages are accounted for and charges made to appropriate departments or individuals responsible
• Help the company acquire new clients through marketing

Requirements: A Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College and at least 3-years working experience in a busy restaurant. Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Specific Functions:

• Plan and prepare food for buffets, design and display the setting of buffets with the help of other hotel staffs
• Design menus, prepare sales plan with help of hotel staffs from other departments, prepare ingredients, menus, arrange and train other chefs for the preparation of cuisines on menus
• Supervise bakery section, arrange and train other chefs to prepare breads, cakes, cookies, pies, etc
• F&B budget control
• Food safety control.

Requirements: At least 3 years experience in preparation of African dishes.

Specific Functions:

• Serving & Clearing dishes, making sure the crockery is clean & polished before use;
• Inform customers of daily specials, making recommendations upon request;
• Assisting in inventory for crockery, cutlery, linens etc for the restaurant;
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods;
• Assisting customers in all their needs;
• Be responsible for your own work station and for your own uniforms;
• Required to attended mandatory training sessions, restaurant meetings and briefing;
• Responsible for coordinating entire station and communicating with front- and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations;
• Process guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis
• Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service;
• Respond to additional requests and determines when the meal has been completed;
• Preparing totals bills and accepts payment or refer guests to cashier;
• May assist bus person with stocking, removing, and resetting dishes and silverware between courses and cleaning and resetting tables;
• Perform any other related function(s) as delegated by the management from time to time.
