    Microsoft O365 Administrators

    Role & Responsibility:

    Ensure a high level of availability for all Office 365 services

    • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    • Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features
    • Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
    • Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to safeguard data and guarantee regulatory compliance
    • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in line with company policies

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Senior Manager - Compliance

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Support with delivery of key elements of the risk and compliance programme activities (including implementation of risk and compliance framework for examples, risk assessments, control testing, AML/CTF training, regulatory reviews, obligations register) ensuring the respective deadlines are met.
    • Identify log and monitor risk and compliance Issues.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, legal, Risk/Compliance background.

    • Experience working within a regulatory framework desirable.

    Livestock Field Officer

    Roles and Responsibility:

    • Must have a wide knowledge of livestock sector especially meat breeds.
    • Have a good understanding of body scoring, estimating age (e.g. by using dentation) to ensure animals in good body condition and required weight are purchased paying attention to standards set as at the beginning of every year and spelt out in the PP – KRA.
    • Able to demonstrate a strong track record in negotiation, procurement and budget control from within a livestock procurement environment.
    • Have a good general understanding of animal welfare practices with cattle, goats and sheep production. I.e. common diseases and their vaccination, safe transportation of animals etc.

    • File a weekly report (ROI), monthly and quarterly reports.
    • To ensure the targets set and agreed are achieved for cattle and shoats timeously.
    • Create and maintain a data base of supply sources and update monthly.
    • Maintain contact with livestock farmers, ranches, auction sites and dates through regular field visits.
    • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean record.
    • Must have an ability to work on their own initiative whilst also working as part of a team striving for customer satisfaction.
    • Must have previous farming / livestock experience especially in remote placed markets.
    • Manage and overcome competitors in your area of operations.
    • Work closely with ministry of agriculture and livestock department officials on matters regarding the livestock market, quarantine restriction and other industry factors.

    Warehouse Operations Manager

    Job Purpose:

    The purpose of the Distribution Centre Operations Manager is to support the Manager Warehouse & Distribution from an operational perspective, day to day management of the operating facility, Receiving, Picking and Dispatch schedules.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure full legislative compliance of Health & Safety within the Distribution Centre 
    • Ensure the area is well presented (clean, tidy, and orderly) supporting the Distribution Centre Manager's requirement to have a well-presented Distribution Centre.
    • Ensure daily checks of All machinery and equipment are completed, recorded, and actioned if necessary
    • Ensure a smooth operation including picks are delivered to the dispatch team according to the load schedule and activity and times are recorded accurately.
    • Ensure damages and loose items process is adhered to as well as introduce ways to reduce occurrences.
    • Develop, implement & review policies and procedures to provide guidelines on warehouse operations
    • Manage receiving and dispatch errors and correct the system to rectify, investigate picking errors and take necessary action to reduce and eradicate future repeats. implement & review policies and procedures to provide guidelines on warehouse operations

      Participation in the preparation of the annual budget for the Distribution Centre

    • Plan and prepare Distribution Centre for stock counts
      Manage Order team to ensure stock availability and achieve 98.5% case fill for available stock on hand

    Minimium Requirements:

    • Degree in Supply Chain or Purchasing or Business Management or related field
    • Certification in supply chain management is an added advantage
    • 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management with over 200 employees
    • Experience handling multinational warehousing contracts MUST
