    Human Resource Assistant

    The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in executing core HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee records management, HR compliance, payroll support, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational policies within a multinational engineering environment.

    Job Description

    Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing recruitment documentation.
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees including preparation of employment contracts and induction programs.
    • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

    HR Administration

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both physically and electronically.
    • Assist in the preparation and administration of HR documentation including contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters, and other employee correspondence.
    • Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals.

    Payroll and Benefits Administration

    • Support payroll processing by compiling employee data such as attendance, leave records, and overtime.
    • Maintain employee benefits records including insurance and statutory deductions.
    • Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.

    Employee Relations

    • Provide administrative support in handling employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR communication.
    • Support disciplinary processes by preparing documentation and maintaining records.

    Compliance and HR Policies

    • Ensure HR processes comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain records required for compliance and internal audits.

    Training and Development

    • Assist in coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
    • Maintain training records and track employee development initiatives.

    HR Reporting

    • Prepare periodic HR reports including employee headcount, leave records, and HR metrics.
    • Maintain HR databases and support data analysis for HR planning.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a structured or multinational environment.
    • Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), CHRP-K an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Experience supporting HR operations within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment is an added advantage.

    Jss Teacher (Agriculture and Nutrition)

    The JSS Agriculture and Nutrition Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons in agriculture and nutrition to Junior Secondary School students. The role involves equipping learners with knowledge and skills related to food production, healthy eating, and sustainable agricultural practices. The teacher is also expected to guide students in practical activities, assess their academic progress, and foster interest in agriculture and nutrition while maintaining a positive and disciplined learning environment

    • The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for promoting company products and services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

    Job Description
