    Senior Driver

    Job Purpose

    This position is responsible for provision of transportation services to designated Commission Offices.

    Academic qualifications

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean Grade D+ (Plus); and
    • A valid driving license free from any endorsements.

    Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

    • First Aid Certificate from any reputable organization; and
    • Suitability test for Driver Grade I.
    • NYS training will be an added advantage

    Previous relevant work experience required.

    • Four (4) years of service in a comparable position from a reputable organization.

    • Knowledge of government transport policy (Traffic Act cap 403);

    Senior Officer, Collective Bargaining Negotiation

    Job Purpose

    This position is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of data on Collective Bargaining Negotiations for the public sector in line with the Guidelines.

    Academic qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Human Resource, Public Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

    Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

    • Diploma or Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/ /Law or in a related field;

    Previous relevant work experience required.

    • Proven relevant experience of at least six (6) years, in a reputable organisation.

    Senior Internal Audit Officer

    Job Purpose

    This position is responsible for implementation of the risk, compliance and governance framework and to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls of the Commission.

    Academic qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option) or any other relevant field of study from a recognized university.

    Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

    • Possess at least CPA (K)/ACCA.
    • Hold at least CIA part 1 or equivalent certification.
    • Possession of CISA certification will be an added advantage.

    Previous relevant work experience required.

    • A minimum of Six (6) years’ experience in auditing in a reputable organization.

    Functional Skills, Behavioral Competencies/Attributes:

    • Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya;
    • Possess effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of audit procedures including planning techniques, tests and sampling methods involved in executing audits.
    • Knowledge of Public Financial Auditing and Results Based Performance assessment.
    • Knowledge of computerized accounting and audit systems.
    • A result oriented team player, able to work under minimal supervision within set timelines

    • A Valid Clearance form from the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC)
