    Wellness Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Bespoke Wellness Programs – Design, implement and evaluate wellness programs for all assigned clients as per the income-based activity log.
    • Health promotion: Organise and facilitate health awareness sessions based on scheme utilization and current medical trends.
    • Business Strategy: In-house wellness product innovation
    • Credit Control: Ensure timely wellness booking and maintenance of debtor’s levels in line with divisional limits.
    • Provider Management: Recruitment of providers into wellness panel, price negotiations and timely provider payment.
    • Monitoring and Evaluation-Wellness data analysis, reporting, impact assessment, ROI demonstration.
    • Key Wellness program management: Employee Assistance Program, Absence Leave Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Chronic Disease Management Program, Workplace Program, Minet Blooming Mums, Mind Your Health etc.
    • Wellness Communication- Compiling and sharing current and upcoming wellness trends/medical information to corporate clients e.g. newsletters, emails, flyers, and health nuggets.
    • Wellness Training: proactive participation in all wellness training, wellness champions training, peer counselling training, management sensitization.
    • Business Development: Pitching and scaling up of wellness initiatives as a channel to increase business revenues and retention.
    • Data Management: Designing questionnaires/ surveys, data collection and analysis of raw data from the drives, activities and compiling corporate reporting.
    • Support in business acquisition and renewal meetings.
    • Working with the digital team to support the online platforms for wellness initiatives.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns within an acceptable turnaround time of 24 hours

    Knowledge And Skills Required

    • Medical/Clinical Knowledge.

    • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.

    Academic And Professional Qualifications

    • The job holder must possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing, clinical medicine, nutrition, public health or the equivalent.

    Business Development Officer - Healthcare

    Purpose for the Job

    To generate revenue and ensure business growth, maintain existing business and acquire new business to grow Minet’s market share.

    Duties and Responsiblities

    • Grow business through broking with specific targets allocated
    • Ensure that product and pricing knowledge is always up-to-date, to enable confident interaction with prospects and clients
    • Meet the departments’ annual target in brokerage income from new business as well as the individual targets
    • Proactively handle all referral sales opportunities from existing customers including fact finding, quotations, follow ups, conversions, and reporting.
    • Develop and manage a credible and effective sales pipeline.
    • Ensure that every sales opportunity is actively followed up, and documented, to maximize the levels of new business conversion for the team.
    • Conduct a thorough pre-tender market intelligence to ensure successful closure of tenders.
    • Able to understand clients’ needs and tailor make solutions to address them.
    • Demonstrate broking excellence and thorough knowledge of our offerings to clients.
    • Preparation of competent proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Provide consultancy to clients to aid the clients in making decisions.
    • Effectively and efficiently deal with all administration tasks for corporate or individual customers, ensuring that good quality communication is maintained.
    • Participate in product development and creation of marketing collaterals to support targeted value propositions.
    • Support renewal team in servicing and renewal of accounts as and when required.

    • 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar position within the insurance industry.
    • Experience in sales management with a proven track record.
    • Expertise in local medical product knowledge.

    • Ability to interpret financial and technical proposals to clients.
    • Foster relationships with all Local medical insurers.
    • Ability to understand competitor offerings and how to elevate Minet offerings regularly.
    • Ability to scan the Insurer market on new developments, products, acquisitions etc.
    • Analytical skills, good negotiation, and networking skills.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability.

    Account Servicer- International Private Medical Insurance

    Purpose for the Job

    The Account Servicer (International Private Medical Insurance) will be responsible for retention of international private medical business for both corporate and individual and ensure growth of the portfolio.

    • Effectively and efficiently deal with all administration tasks for corporate or individual customers, ensuring that good quality communication is maintained at all times.
    • Participate in product development and creation of marketing collaterals to support targeted value propositions.

    • Experience in IPMI sales management with a proven track record.
    • Expertise in inteational medical product knowledge.

    • Ability to scan the Insurer market on new market developments, and products.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation and networking skills.

    • Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • 3 years relevant experience in a similar position within the insurance industry.

    Professional and Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
    • Diploma in Insurance - AIIK or ACII
    • Fluency in French language will be an added advantage.
