    Full-Stack Developer

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
    • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
    • Build secure and efficient back-end applications and APIs.
    • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
    • Experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or .NET back-end technologies.
    • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
    • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party APIs.
    • Proficiency in Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding standards.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sector will be an added advantage.

    Relationship/Loan Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and recruit new clients for revolving credit facilities.
    • Market and sell the organization's loan products.
    • Conduct customer needs assessments and financial evaluations.

    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
    • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
    • Perform monthly bank, supplier, and ledger reconciliations.
    • Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide management reports.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • Prepare and file VAT, PAYE, Corporate Tax, and other statutory returns.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits.

    Skills & Requirements

    • CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
    • Minimum of 7 years' accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.
    • Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
    • Experience managing audits and statutory compliance.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
