Job Purpose:
To Enhance Business Development, New Customer Acquisition & Market Penetration by providing sales leadership & Execution to achieve set targets for new clients onboard.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (80%)
- Recruitment of Scheme Loans Customers In accordance with set criteria
- Prospecting For New Business Opportunities and Ensuring All clients Are active across the region
- Planning and Executing Specific Sales & marketing Programs as directed to achieve set targets
- Drive appreciation of Bayes Business across the targeted clients
- Ensuring 100% Compliance to BAYES Processes and procedures across the region
- Ensure the BAYES Corporate image is maintained at all times
- Gathering Market intelligence for improvement of the Business
- To generate necessary reports on a Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and basis.
Clients Administration (15%)
- To facilitate New Clients Onboarding, Creation, and Maintenance in the system
- To ensure proper relationship Management and Execution of all Contracts
Reporting (5%)
- To send monthly reports on Each Client’s Performance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for this Role
- Degree from an accredited institution preferably in a Business related course.
- Team Player With Excellent interpersonal and Selling skills
- Good planning and organization skills

- Experience in relationship Management will be an added advantage

Job Purpose:
- Organizing and executing the company’s Credit Administration activities including Legal Implementation, Disbursements, Collateral Management, Credit Files Management and Legal Collections.
Key Responsibilities
Credit (80%)
- Analyze a loan applicant’s credit score to determine their credit risk and ability to pay back the loan and Interest
- Managing the entire credit process
- Managing data for credit transactions and write reports on the credit administration process.
- Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers, creating credit scoring models, approving and rejecting loans, negotiating payment terms, and updating the company’s credit policy.
Clients Administration (15%)
- To facilitate New Clients On boarding, Documentation Creation and Maintenance in the system
- To ensure proper relationship Management and Execution of all Contracts
Reporting & Compliance (5%)
- Submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports on Perfomance Of The Loan Portfolio against set KPIs.
- Ensure Full Compliance to Credit policy and report on any Breaches.
- Report on any Fraud incident and Build Processes & Procedures to Ensure such Incidents Do not Reoccur
