    Director Public Communications

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Initiation/review of public communications policy and design of appropriate programmes and infrastructure to facilitate its implementation;

    County Woman Coordinator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Play a coordination role by supporting the unit in the development and implementation of programmes in support of international and national commitments on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.
    • Provision of technical advice to the Chief Operating officer as required by ensuring emerging development support responds to women’s needs and national gender equality priorities;

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implements conservation activities in line with project action plans this includes species conservation and sustainable fisheries along the Beaches

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overseeing the operations of various land registries in the sub counties

    Physical Planner I

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the supervision and guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail:

    Assistant Civil Engineer I

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
    • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
    • Prepare structural designs and engineering drawings for buildings, roads, water and waste water facilities.
    • Preparation of bills of quantities and estimates for roadworks and other infrastructural projects.
    • Review of structural designs and drawings submitted by private developers for approvals.

    Forest Officers

     Duties and Responsibilities

    • The officer will be the head of Forest Resources functions at the Sub-county level and will carry out the following duties:

    • Bachelor in Forestry or its relevant equivalent with required experience from a recognized institution
