Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (or progress toward one) such as CPA, CRISC, CAMS, ACAMS, or ICA Diploma in Compliance is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' overall work experience in a financial services environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or AML/CFT is an added advantage.
• Experience in the microfinance sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in a bank, microfinanceinstitution (MFI), digital lender, or SACCO is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
• Candidates from the broader financial services sector with the ability to learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related business field.
• At least 4-6 months of experience in a Call Center or Debt Collection role.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact customers to collect outstanding debts on behalf of the company.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Identify customer needs, answer customer questions, and resolve issues.
• Send reminders for upcoming or missed payments through phone calls and text messages.

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in infrastructure engineering.
• At least 3 years' experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience with both on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to align technology infrastructure with business goals and lead high-performing technical teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments. Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deployments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to infrastructure engineers and support teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare infrastructure reports, capacity plans, and recommendations for senior management.
