    Head of Branches

    The position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the branch network strategy that drives business development and support operations. This role will be responsible for the achievement of KIM business objectives by pushing all the products that fall under KIM’s product portfolio through the Branch network.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership in the development and review of business growth strategy for branches and guide implementation.
    • Drive achievement of the set revenue targets as per the overall business strategy and yearly targets set to ensure profitability.
    • Prepare and monitor the branch operational budget plans by overseeing their growth and monitoring their performance.
    • Provide oversight in the provision of KIMSOM products, Membership and business solutions services in branches to ensure achievement of set revenue targets and business growth.
    • Set budgets and revenue targets for the regions, and participate in the development of plans and tactics on how to achieve them to ensure close monitoring of cost.
    • Increase penetration into the target customer segments through introduction of new programs and opening of new branches where there is potential.
    • Assess the financial needs of all branches and prepare management reports to facilitate decision making by the management.
    • Discuss and re-strategize with Regional Managers for remedial actions.
    • Guide compliance with Group Audit and Legal/Compliance guidelines through review of branch reports.
    • Responsible for consolidating staff needs as reported by regional managers and facilitate recruitment, training and development to enhance quality and maximum productivity and maintain a motivating work environment for all the branches that focuses on performance.

    Requirements

    • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
    • At least eight (8) years’ of relevant work experience in a large organization with at least three (3) years leading a Function in an active commercial environment.

    Head of KIM School of Management

    The position will be responsible for the provision of strategic direction to the school of management in order to position KIM as a world class center of excellence for high quality management training.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Lead and be accountable for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the School of Management in line with Faculties and the Institute’s strategic plans and direction.

    The position will be responsible for the provision of strategic leadership and growth of membership, business development, marketing and corporate communications.

    Head Of Finance

    The position will be responsible for the provision of strategic financial management advice to the Institute to ensure the strategic financial objectives of the business are realized.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the executive team to provide strategic leadership in all financial matters.
    • Oversee the control of the finance function to ensure smooth operation of the departments.

    • Prepare the institute’s staff payroll and ensure confidentiality and timely payment of the staff.
    • Serve as the first signatory of all institute bank’s accounts to ensure accuracy of all payments before the final signatory.
    • Develop and train staff to ensure proper succession planning and availability of optimum skills.

    Head of Business Solution Center

    The position will be responsible for research, design, market, implementation of quality customer driven management and leadership programs consultancy services and special projects.
