    Assistant Property Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the collection of tenant’s monthly rent.
    • Sending demand notes.
    • Receive proof of payment/ remind tenants to send proof of payments.
    • Preparing client statements.
    • Preparing payment for Landlords.
    • Issuing receipts.
    • Conducting regular inspection of property using the Inspection Form and preparing a final report of the properties.
    • Assist in the inspections of the building facilities to help guarantee appropriate property maintenance and address all repair, maintenance and building emergencies.
    • Receiving property repair funds.
    • Facilitating and supervising cleaning of properties.
    • Raising payments to service providers.
    • Follow up vacating tenant to confirm move out date and time.
    • Collecting subject’s Property Inspection Checklist form.
    • Discussing current property condition and repairs if any, with the tenant and producing an interim property repairs quotation.
    • Write, prepare, and distribute all memos, notices, and other correspondences in regards to building changes, updates, or property information.
    • Maintain the accuracy of building and tenant confidential files and documents to ensure accurate records are maintained.
    • Recording all issues either raised by the client or as observed in the issues Log-in.
    • Updating Facilities Performance Review Report template regularly.
    • Analyze, develop and present real estate investment alternatives, land acquisition and other opportunities to

    Qualifications

    • Little or no experience required.
    • Degree in Land Economics, and Building Economics, or any other real estate related field.
    • Strong analytical, organization, problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Computer packages.
    • Knowledge of real estate industry.

    Requirements 

    • Degree or diploma in Information technology
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English.

    Our client a Real Estate company is looking for sales and marketing executives to join their dedicated team.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Represent the company at the designated sites.
    • Source New business for the company.
    • Sale and rent properties the company property listings.
    • Market the site property to potential target clients.
    • Disseminating information regarding availability and status of property.
    • Handle client’s inquiries promptly.
    • Submit daily work plans to the marketing manager.
    • Submit monthly reports to management.
    • Market the company products to potential clients.
    • Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
    • Disseminate information regarding status of property sourced.
    • Handle all clients promptly.
    • Ensure there is enough property in the company’s portfolio.
    • Meet various landlords/property owners and developers on behalf of the company in order to obtain their property for development, joint ventures, management and sale by the company.
    • Source for property sold by the company in order to obtain them for Management by Villa Care management Limited.
    • Sell and rent properties in the company property listings.
    • Market the property to clients for rental in order to ensure that all properties are occupied.
    • Disseminating information regarding availability and status of property.
    • Alert management on improvements required on all vacant units sourced.
    • Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
    • Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention.
    • Update landlords/vendors on the status of their property on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
    • Proper filing of all documents regarding property
    • Communicate any changes regarding the property to the Marketing Manager and all the concerned parties.
    • Push for sales/letting of property within the company portfolio
    • Assist the credit controller to collect commissions due to the company from landlords under your portfolio.
    • Submit daily work plans to the Marketing Manager and the Managing Director.
    • Submit monthly reports to management.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business with a specialization/ Diploma in sales or Marketing.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
    • Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills. Must be a relationship builder.
    • Age limit from 25-35 years of age.
    • Team working skills, assertive and flexible.
    • Able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
    • Ability to work under a high pressure environment
    • Prior experience working in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
