    Stock Controller

    Location: Sagana

    Salary: 30K

    Job Roles

    • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
    • Enter purchase details (supplier’s information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
    • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
    • Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
    • Supervise loaders and drivers
    • Coordinate regular inventory audits
    • Keep updated inventory records
    • Ensure purchases do not exceed budget

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    Sales Manager - Beer Distributing Company

    Location: Sagana

    Nature of Job: Full Time

    Key Responsibilities

    • Qualify and approach new customers allocated to you for development and ensure new wins every month.
    • Manage relationships with allocated existing or new customers and ensure business continuity to avoid down-trading.
    • Ensure maximum achievement of all sales interactions as agreed with the field sales manager .i.e. maximum field sales calls

    Desired Attributes and Skills

    • Degree or Diploma
    • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a busy logistics or beer distribution company
    • High Level Computer skills with excellence in Microsoft (Excel &, word)
    • Knowledge of the competition is a mandatory
    • Strong analysis and judgmental skills
    • Ability to demonstrate aggressive negotiation skills and teamwork
    • Strong internal and external relationship development skills with customers and colleagues

    Briquette Machine Operator

    Salary: 25K

    Job Summary: Our client based in Kiambu uses the briquette machines to turn the waste powder and saw dust to regular shape blocks-, briquettes which are ecofriendly and are useful for both domestic and industrial use. They are seeking to employ two Briquette machine operators who have prior similar experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operate the briquette machine
    • Operate machines and equipment to dehydrate, pulverize, mix, and mold ingredients to produce briquettes
    • Turn valves, hand wheels, or rheostats to move and control flow of fuels, water, and dry or liquid binders to machines.
    • Start conveyors, rotary drier, mixers, pulverizer, mixing augers, and compressing machines.
    • Inspect briquettes and adjusts flow of materials to produce briquettes of specified dimensions.
    • Remove and replace broken bolts and worn shafts, using hand tools
    • Lubricate machines or direct oiling of equipment
    • Ensure the briquettes produced are of high quality and standards
    • Maintain Health and Safety standards

    Skills and Competencies:

    • 1-2 years’ experience as a briquette machine operator
    • Qualifications as Technician
    • Form four leaver with experience operating Briquette machine can apply
    • Effective communication skills, reporting and analyzing skills

    Accountant - Logistics Company

    Salary: 40K

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and analyzing financial reports
    • Budgeting for raw materials
    • Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
    • Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.
    • Maintain a process for returns
    • Inventory control
    • Stock management
    • Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers/Vendors within the buying parameters set by the business.

    • Focused and prioritization ability
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment and cope with pressure
    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
    • Sense of urgency with good eye for details
