Responsibilities for the Project Manager Job

• Ensure the DMS project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project plan and schedule involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Monitor and drive project progress, results and track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive Project Documentation
• Manage & Schedule User Documentation & Training
• Coordinate, allocate & schedule project resources and third parties for flawless day to day operations
• Use verification techniques to manage change requests in project scope, schedule and costs
• Manage Quality Assurance (Testing) process
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Conduct Project Kick-Off & Status Meetings
• Daily report to DMS Porsche Responsible
• Consistently report Project status to Steering Committee
• Ensure project outstanding issues are dealt with promptly

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Five or more years in project management
• Experience with ISO9001 requirements.
• University degree in IT/Project Management
