    ICT Internship

    Minimum Qualifications: Diploma In IT Or Related Field

    Reporting To: ICT Manager

    Job Term: 3 Months

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
    2. Set up, configuration and maintenance of computers, mobiles, hardware, systems and applications.
    3. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
    4. Development and maintenance of software applications.
    5. Installation and maintenance of computer networks (WAN and LAN).
    6. Ensure availability of computer systems and infrastructure.
    7. Organize and maintain IT resources.
    8. End user support.
    9. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. Diploma in IT or related field (Degree will be an added advantage).
    2. Minimum of a C plain at KCSE.
