- Job Field Sales and Business Development
- Sales Performance — own targets, monitor daily figures, track sell-through by brand
- Recruit sales agents — coach and supervise sales executives, run briefings, manage attendance and conduct
- Track performance and stock levels, pricing accuracy
- Customer & Relationship Management — handle escalations, build partner relationships
- Reporting & Administration — daily sales reports, stock reports and tracking
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing
- 2–4 years team lead sales experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Mobile/electronics/FMCG distribution background preferred
