Wellness & Lifestyle Proposition Lead at Old Mutual Kenya

Job Description

The Wellness & Lifestyle Proposition Lead will be responsible for developing a wellness and lifestyle proposition and taking it to market, while building an ecosystem of partners for rewards management and redemption. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wellness and lifestyle trends and be able to develop a compelling proposition that will engage customers and drive business growth.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a comprehensive digital wellness and lifestyle proposition, taking into account customer needs, market trends and the company's overall business strategy.
• Build and maintain a strong ecosystem of partners for rewards management and redemption, ensuring seamless integration with the proposition and a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, including customer acquisition, retention and engagement activities.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of the proposition.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of the proposition, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital wellness and lifestyle, ensuring that the proposition remains relevant and appealing to customers.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Strong understanding of Wellness and lifestyle trends, including customer behavior and preferences.
• At least 7 years’ experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.  A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
