    Client Service Representative

    Role Objective

    • Our client is looking for a dynamic client service representative is responsible for maintaining the client relationship and ultimately helps provide experience for clients. Plays the integral role in interfacing with in ensuring seamless, client match and outstanding experience. 

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment. 
    • Receives referrals and inquiries on the services of this company.
    • Offer administrative support, maintain event folders with meticulous attention.
    • Manage various client accounts to ensure retention, updating clients and cross selling efforts are achieved.
    • Assists with sales, marketing and public relations efforts.
    • Maintains integrity in every interaction with clients. 
    • Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities. 
    • Liaise with a dynamic events team to streamline workflows and elevate operational efficiency.
    • Ability to relate to clients that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual.
    • Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels.
    • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient way.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. 
    • Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate to clients, timecard processing, where necessary. 
    • Performs other office coordination duties. 
    • Manage event details across various aspects of logistics accuracy.
    • Take charge of guest lists, cancellations, adjustments, and other key event logistics with ease.
    • Research and document venues and logistical database to ensure every event hits the perfect note.
    • Participate and contribute innovative, creative ideas and strategies to enhance processes and event outcomes.
    • Any other duties as allocated.

    Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication or related field.
    • At least 3 years’ work experience
    • Ms Office Suite Proficiency

    Business Development Manager

    .Role Objective

    • Our hospitality client seeks an organized and aggressive individual, ensuring high-quality customer service, and building relationships with key accounts to generate revenue, expand market share, and achieve profitability targets while successfully managing execution of day to day implementation of client briefs.
    • The role involves achieving individual and team sales targets, developing strategies, ensuring timely tender and bids submission, and identifying emerging markets.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality sector.
    • Develop event strategies that generate quality leads for our clients.
    • Managing a variety of events ranging from creating concepts, planning and event productions for various clients
    • Identify, secure and manage suppliers for events with excellence.
    • Prepare and manage all event communications and ensure high quality experience, pre, during and post-event.
    • Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and vendors providers to build partnerships and referral networks.
    • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

    • Train and supervise the client service and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve the market position.

    Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • At least 3 relevant experience in Business Development
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
