He/ She will be responsible for growing the business by looking for new Clients and filling open positions for them. The successful candidate MUST be extrovert, bubbly, enjoy problem solving, and working with a variety of people. Full training will be given to the successful candidate wishing to join a collaborative, growing, energetic company.
Key Qualifications
The successful candidate will report directly to the property owner and will be responsible for day-to-day property administration, financial record keeping, supplier coordination, and operational supervision of on-site staff and contractors. This role requires strong integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational and financial responsibilities in a structured and professional manner. The role is well suited for an individual with property management or administrative experience who is comfortable working in a high-responsibility environment.
