    Real Estate Sales Agents - 2 Positions

    Key Requirements:

    • Developing relationships with clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
    • Make presentations to clients and coordinate appointments to take them to see the property.
    • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and payment.
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.
    • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, cold calling, open days, networking, etc.
    • Have extensive product knowledge.
    • Implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote properties for sale.
    • Promote the company brand by clearly communicating the brand’s message to potential customers.
    • highlighting the brand’s unique features, benefits, and advantages.
    • Meeting and exceeding the sales targets.
    • Any other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant business-related course (Sales and Marketing is an added advantage)
    • Must 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
    • Must be hardworking, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
    • Must have a passion for real estate sales.
    • Must be an aggressive salesperson.
    • Must have impeccable communication skills.
    • Must have a proven record of meeting targets.

    Front Desk Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
    • Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, outstanding service, and a personalized experience during their stay at the resort.
    • Lead and inspire the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Coordinate and manage room reservations, maintain an accurate booking system, and collaborate with other departments to optimize room occupancy.
    • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor and control expenses related to the front desk operations, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
    • Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence in service.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality management.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Front Desk Manager preferably in a 5-star beach resort.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of front desk personnel, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging excellence in customer service.
    • Strong dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences, with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated capability to handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and effective manner, finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Must be willing to relocate to Mombasa.

    Hotel Marketing Manager

    Key Requirements

    • Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the resort/hotel’s business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
    • Oversee the resort/hotel’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms, maintaining the resort/hotel’s unique identity and image.
    • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and special events to attract new guests and increase repeat bookings.
    • Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, such as website pages, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
    • Work closely with the sales and revenue management teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and revenue goals.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a focus on resort or hotel marketing.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and appealing marketing campaigns.
    • Experience leading and motivating a marketing team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality work.
    • Strong networking skills to establish partnerships and collaborations within the industry.
    • Must be willing to relocate to Mombasa.
