Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the respective County Executive Committee Member as the Accounting and Authorized Officer for the Department.
- Day-to-day administration and coordination of the respective county department per Section 46 of the County Government Act.
- Providing strategic policy direction for effective service delivery.

- Developing and implementing strategic plans, sector development goals, and performance management.
- Formulating and implementing effective programs to attain Vision 2030.
- Overseeing management of finances, budget estimates, annual work plans, and programs.
Requirements
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- First degree in a relevant field from a university recognized in Kenya.
