    Country Manager- Ecommerce

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Drive overall top line and profitability development
    • P&L ownership
    • Recruit and manage the team
    • Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders
    • Coordinate your commercial team with the other services (Marketing, Partnerships, Finance).
    • Ensure regular reporting
    • Manage the team efficiency and cohesion

    Head Of Sales Marketing- FMCG

    The role is to develop & implement functional strategies aligning with company’s strategies, achieve operational targets for existing & new products across the spectrum of customers & consumers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting -Develop and deploy amongst the team in consolation and agreement with the other fur national heads or in-charge (Finance, Production, HR, etc.)
    • Plan & Achieve sales & Collection -Product-wise, Segment wise Weekly, monthly (Periodically) – volume and value
    • Plan & achieve cost budgets - Variety of cost budgets related to the Function- periodically
    • Customer Satisfactions -Define Deploy and achieve (e.g. On-time in Full Delivery, complain resolution etc.)
    • Customers- entire chain up to consumers- Feedbacks ; Obtain and assess varieties of ‘Feedback’ across entire chain, prepare & implement improvement plans to achieve desired results
    • Competition- Analyse competition in detail. Prepare & implement action plan in timely manner to both operational & strategic issues in relation with existing & upcoming brands/ products

    • Internal Coordination -Synergy across all functions to achieve planned parameters

    Ideal candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree; (business and marketing majors preferred) plus MBA from reputed universities.
    • Extensive experiences in Sales, Marketing & Distribution field, with upper end FMCG companies having multiproduct managing role
    • Highly competent with excellent analytic abilities.
